Have you ever had what looks like a good, strong WiFi connection, but things just seem to be crawling on the Internet? When connected to the Internet via WiFi, the signal strength indicator on your WiFi capable device is telling you the strength of your connection to your router, not your connection to the Internet. If this phenomenon is happening to you, before calling your provider, jump on a network cable-connected device and see if your Internet is working that way. If it is, try turning off your router for one minute and then turning it back on. Often times, this can fix the problem. If not, call your provider.
